    Welcome to Permanent Makeup and Skincare by Jeanette.  I am conveniently located just in Kent.  I have many relaxing services to offer you, such as facials, back scrubs and earcandling.
    I also offer waxing, eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, tinting and eyelash perms for that 24 hr look. You will be provided with a consistent level of high standards always.
    If you are in need of Gift Certificates or Packages for a special person, I can set you up with them as well. There are Specials that are ran during Holidays, so keep an eye out for them!
    At this location, they do offer full salon services hair such as hair care and styling, massage, pedicures and manicures from a wonderful staff, for an all day spa experience.
